Privacy policy
What we collect, why we collect it, who helps us handle it, and how to have it removed, in plain English.

Who we are
TitanOps is a small web design and software business based in Dahlonega, Georgia, operated by Titan Operations LLC, a Georgia limited liability company. We run titanops.dev, build homepages and software for clients, and email a small number of local businesses about their websites. Questions about anything on this page go to jamisonpressley2@gmail.com.
What we collect, and why
- When you use the contact form. Your name, business name, email, phone number, industry, and message. We use them to reply to you and, if you hire us, to do the work.
- When you run the free website check. The website address you enter and the time of the check, which we use to limit repeat checks. You don’t need to give us your name or email to run it.
- When you sign up for Site Watch. Your email, your business name if you give it, your website address, and the results of the checks we run on that website. Stripe handles payment: we never see your card number, only the customer and subscription references Stripe gives us.
- When you book a call. Booking happens on Calendly, which collects your name, email, and any answers you give and shares them with us. Calendly’s own privacy policy covers what you enter there. Calls happen on Google Meet.
- When you email us. We receive your message and email address in our inbox, which runs on Gmail.
- When you visit titanops.dev. Our host, Vercel, handles the technical details every website receives, like your IP address, browser, and the page you asked for, to serve the page and keep the site secure. Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights count page views and measure how fast pages load. They record things like the page, the site that sent you, your approximate location, and your browser and device type. They don’t use cookies: Vercel tells visits apart with a short-lived code it discards after 24 hours.
titanops.dev doesn’t set cookies, and we don’t use ad trackers or advertising pixels.
Please don’t send us patient health information, or anyone else’s private details, through the contact form or by email. We don’t need it to talk with you about your website.
Business information that’s already public
For the Response Index and for our outreach, we collect information businesses publish about themselves: their Google Maps listings and reviews, and what’s on their own homepage, including any email address they list for the public. The Response Index publishes market-wide figures only and never names individual businesses or reviewers.
Emails we send
We sometimes email a local business at the address it publishes, usually with a link to a concept page we made for it. Every email says who we’re from and how to stop hearing from us: reply “no thanks” and we won’t email you again. We keep a record of who we’ve emailed and who has asked us to stop, so we don’t contact them again.
Concept pages
A concept page is a sample homepage we design for a business to show what we would build. We make it from information the business already publishes, like its name, services, hours, phone number, and address. Every concept page:
- is labeled at the top as a proposal from TitanOps, not the business’s official website;
- lives at an address on titanops.dev that we share only with that business;
- is hidden from search engines and isn’t linked from anywhere on our site;
- counts its visits with Vercel Web Analytics, the same cookie-free page counter described above, so we know whether it was opened.
If you’d like a concept page taken down, email jamisonpressley2@gmail.com with the page address and we’ll remove it promptly. If we haven’t heard back from a business, we take its page down on our own about 30 days after our last email.
Who helps us handle it
We don’t sell your information or share it for advertising. We use a few service providers to run the business, and each one gets only what it needs:
- Vercel hosts titanops.dev and measures page views and speed.
- Supabase stores contact-form messages, website-check records, and Site Watch accounts.
- Google runs our email (Gmail) and video calls (Google Meet), and serves the fonts on concept pages.
- Calendly handles call booking.
- Stripe handles payments.
- Airtable keeps our list of the businesses we’ve contacted.
- Apify collects public business listings for us.
- AI services (currently Anthropic and OpenRouter) help us research businesses, draft emails, and design concept pages. A person reviews every email before it’s sent.
We may also share information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone’s safety.
How long we keep it
We keep messages, emails, and outreach records for as long as they’re useful for the work or for our business records, and we delete them sooner if you ask. The one thing we keep after a deletion request is a note that you asked us not to contact you, so we don’t email you again by mistake.
Your choices
You can ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email jamisonpressley2@gmail.com and we’ll take care of it. To stop our emails, reply “no thanks” to any of them.
Children
titanops.dev is for businesses. It isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
